Fine and sunny but with a chilly wind.

The Waxwings are still about but a Brent Goose is arguably the most unexpected bird for our area today.

Waxwing briefly on Signal Road / Teewell Hill, Staple Hill, Bristol at 16:00.

Bradley Stoke:
13 Waxwing (with a large audience).

New Passage/Northwick/Pilning Wetland:

Chew Valley Lake:
3 Black-necked Grebe (East Shore), 5 ad Mediterranean Gull, 1 x 1W Yellow-legged Gull in roost, 1 x 3W lusitanius type Yellow-legged Gull on Herriott's Pool again and later in the roost (Keith Vinicombe), 1 Chiffchaff.
