Mainly cold and dull where I went (Nottingham to see the Bee Eaters) but nice in Bristol

Eastville Park/Snuff Mills:
White Letter Hairstreak (Snuff Mills flower gardens and Eastville Park; Larry Sweetland)

Stoke Park, Duchess Pond:
2 Kestrel, Buzzard, families of Chiffchaff and Willow Warbler

SOUTH GLOUCESTERSHIRE

Filton:
Buzzard (over the houses BS7 0RT) and a fox in the lane

Oldbury Power Station:
5 Reed Warbler

Oldbury Coast:
3 Kestrel, 1 Peregrine, 5 Oystercatcher, 112 Curlew

Three Egyptian Geese on and near the CVL dam, plus this rather odd duck (I'm terrible with ducks and its probably nothing much as no-one else mentioned it but what is it please?).  (Bob Brewer)

 It looks like George and Bob are baffled by the same duck (on the right). Any ideas?
