Hinton Blewitt 20/1/16:
1 Swallow around some farm building (per Bob Medland). There have been a few isolated records of Swallow in the UK this winter including one in Somerset recently.

Mansion House environs: 25 Woodpigeon, 1 Green Woodpecker, 2 Great Spotted Woodpecker, 1 Jay, 1 flyover Raven, 5 Goldcrest, 10 Long-tailed Tit, 4 Nuthatch, 4 Treecreeper.

Abbots Leigh:
Sandy Lane end: 1 Great Spotted Woodpecker, 2 Jay, 1 Coal Tit, 6 Long-tailed Tit, 1 Nuthatch.

Portbury Dock:
32 Shelduck.

Portishead:
Boating Lake: 3 Mute Swan, 6 Tufted Duck.
Marina: 11 Mute Swan, 16 Canada Goose.
Springfield Rd: 2 Blackcap.
Kilkenny Place: 2 Jay, 1 Coal Tit, 19 Goldfinch.

Sand Bay:
Beach Rd: 2 Dartford Warbler still, No.32 stretch.

Newton St Loe:
22 Goosander, 1 Little Grebe, 1 Sparrowhawk, 1 Buzzard, 1 Kestrel, 1 flyover Raven, 20+Yellowhammer.

Bath:
Botanical Gardens: 3 Jay, 2 Coal Tit, 1 Redwing, 3 Nuthatch, 2 Bullfinch.

Paulton:
Sewage Works: 1 Grey Wagtail, 14 Pied Wagtail.
Village environs: 1 Buzzard, 1 Green Woodpecker, 1 Great Spotted Woodpecker, 6 Goldcrest, 1 Chiffchaff, 17 Blackbird, 2 Song Thrush, 11 Redwing, 6 Pied Wagtail. 4 Chaffinch, 11 Goldfinch, 2 Bullfinch.

Backwell Lake:
14 Mute Swan, 9 Canada Goose, 2 Gadwall, 1 Shoveler, 3 Pochard, 5 Tufted Duck, 135 BH Gull, 11 Common Gull, 1 Kingfisher. 

Barrow Tanks:
31 Shoveler, 3 Little Grebe, 3 Great Crested Grebe, 2 Common Sandpiper, 1 Yellow-legged Gull, 1 Kingfisher, 2 Raven of note.
No sign of yesterday's Slavonian Grebe.

Blagdon Lake:
2 Egyptian Goose, 2 Shelduck, 52 Wigeon, 40+ Gadwall (influx), 3 Black-necked Grebe.

Planet Chew:
The Gull roost was quite productive this afternoon.
Mediterranean Gull: 4 adults + a 2nd winter.
Ring-billed Gull: 1 adult + a 2nd winter.

Other stuff, 22 Shelduck, 13 Wigeon, 4 Scaup (3 immature drakes), 10 Goldeneye, 3 Little Egret, 1 Buzzard, 1 Common Sandpiper, 1 Raven, 1 Cetti's Warbler, 20 Redwing, 2 Stonechat, 5 Reed Bunting.
